Who Can Enter?

• • Open to everyone 18 years and older.

• • Just book any tour package with TravelHub24 during the contest period.

• • Anyone can register for the Contest, but a valid Travel Purchase Invoice ID must be submitted during registration.

• • After booking, participants must register separately for the Contest to be eligible to win.

• • Only fully paid and confirmed bookings qualify.

• • Sorry, employees and their immediate families of Story Box Ventures Pvt. Ltd. are not eligible.

How to Participate

• • Book a TravelHub24 travel package between April 1, 2025, and December 25, 2025.

• • Complete your travel before December 31, 2025 to remain eligible.

• • Each booking earns you one Raffle Coupon entry.

• • After booking, complete the Contest Registration Form to officially enter the Raffle Coupon Contest.

• • Every successful registration will be issued a unique Contest Code.

• • More bookings mean more chances to win!

• • No extra purchases or fees are needed beyond your travel package.

Contest Period

• • Starts: April 1, 2025

• • Ends: December 25, 2025, at 11:59 PM (IST)

• • Entries after this date won’t be considered.

Prize Details

• • One Grand Prize Winner gets a FREE International Tour to a surprise destination!

• • Includes round-trip flights, hotel stay, and selected tours.

• • If the winning registration belongs to a couple (i.e., two travelers under the same booking , couple package),
    
    • • One traveler will receive the free international trip.
    • • The second traveler will be offered the same trip at a 50% discounted price.

• • Destination revealed when the winner is announced.

Winner Selection and Announcement

• • Draw Date: January 1, 2026

• • Winner picked randomly under our supervision.

• • Announcements made via email, phone, and on TravelHub24’s website and social media.

• • If we don’t hear back from the winner within 7 days, we’ll choose another.

Prize Conditions

• • The prize is non-transferable to non-relatives and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• • However, the winner may transfer the prize to a blood relative by submitting a valid relationship proof (e.g., government-issued document)

• • Travel dates and itinerary are set by us and may change.

• • Winner must have a valid passport with at least 6 months’ validity after travel.

• • Visa assistance will be provided where applicable, but Story Box Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any visa rejections.

• • Personal expenses, insurance, and optional tours are not included.

Disqualification

• • We can disqualify participants for fraud, invalid bookings, or breaking these terms and Conditions.

• • Our decisions are final.

General Conditions

• • We may change, pause, or cancel the contest or terms without notice if needed.

• • By entering, you agree to these terms completely.

• • We’re not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage from participating or using the prize.

Limitation of Liability

• • We’re not liable for travel disruptions, technical issues, or other external factors affecting the prize.

• • Participation means you release us from any claims related to the contest.

Governing Law

• • Governed by the laws of India.

• • Disputes settled in the courts of [Insert City, e.g., Mumbai or Delhi].
