Terms & Conditions

1. Organizer

This contest is organized by TravelHub24 . By participating, all entrants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Contest Period

  • Start Date: August 15, 2025
  • End Date: January 26, 2026
  • Collaboration Period Start: August 15, 2025
  • Participants may post reels for entry until January 25, 2026.
  • All reels must be posted and visible during this period to be considered.

3. Eligibility

Participants must:

  • Be residents of India and aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
  • Have a public Instagram account with at least 100 followers.
  • Follow @travelhub.24 on Instagram.
  • Join the official TravelHub24 WhatsApp Channel for updates.
  • Register via the official Google Form or WhatsApp Bot before submitting an entry.

4. Entry Guidelines

  • Content must be a travel-related reel posted on Instagram.
  • Mandatory posting requirements:
  • Collab only with @travelhub.24
  • Mention @travelhub.24 in the caption.
  • Use both hashtags: #travelhub24 and #TH24_REEL_CONTEST
  • Reel must be original and not used anywhere before entering this contest.
  • Once a reel is submitted through collaboration, it cannot be reused anywhere else after entry.
  • TravelHub24 retains full rights to repost the reel on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, or any other platform.
  • After collaboration, the reel becomes the property of TravelHub24, and the Organizer may reuse or repurpose it without restriction.
  • Reposting of reels is not allowed; only fresh content will be accepted.
  • Multiple reels may be posted, but only one reel per participant will be considered for the final evaluation.

5. Qualification Criteria

  • To qualify for the main contest:
    • Reel must achieve minimum 10,000 likes and 300 comments (organic engagement only).
  • To qualify for monthly Best Performer selection:
    • Reel must achieve at least 500 likes in that month.
  • Engagement will be counted from the post date until January 26, 2026.
  • Any use of fake followers, likes, or comments will result in immediate disqualification.

6. Evaluation & Winner Selection

  • After qualification, winners will be determined based on highest total engagement (likes + comments).
  • Prizes:
    • 🥇 1st Prize – All-Inclusive International Trip for One Person
    • 🎁 100+ additional prizes to be announced during the contest
  • Bonus: Every month, the Top 10 performers (who meet monthly criteria) will win a special camping experience with TravelHub24.

7. Content Restrictions

Entries will be disqualified if they:

  • Are not travel-related.
  • Contain inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.
  • Fail to mention @travelhub.24 or required hashtags.
  • Are reposted content or copied from others.

8. Prize Conditions

  • Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.
  • Travel dates and destinations are determined by the Organizer.
  • Winners must have a valid passport and necessary travel documents for the International Trip.

9. Rights Granted by Participants

By entering, participants grant TravelHub24 the right to:

  • All submitted reels become the property of TravelHub24 after collaboration.
  • TravelHub24 may repost, reuse, or repurpose the reels on any platform without additional compensation.
  • The participant waives the right to use or repost the reel elsewhere after entering the contest.
  • Winners’ names, photos, and reels may be featured on official TravelHub24 platforms.

10. Organizer’s Rights

  • The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time.
  • The Organizer’s decision regarding all matters is final and binding.

11. Liability Disclaimer

TravelHub24 will not be responsible for:

  • Technical issues preventing entry submission.
  • Travel delays, cancellations, or restrictions beyond the Organizer’s control.

12. Agreement

Participation in this contest constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
