Whether you’re booking flights, hotels, or tour packages, our policies are designed to ensure peace of mind, even when your travel plans change unexpectedly.

At Travelhub24, our goal is to offer transparent and customer-friendly cancellation and refund terms. This policy applies to all bookings made on our platform, including flights, hotels, packages, tours, and extras.

2. Cancellation by Customer

2.1 Standard Bookings (Hotels, Tours, Transfers, Extras)
  • More than 48 hours before check‑in or departure: Full refund, minus any non-refundable supplier fees.
  • Within 48 hours (or same day): Full payment is charged; no refund available.
  • No‑show: Treated as same day cancellation—no refund.
2.2 Flight Tickets
  • Refunds for flight bookings depend on airline fare rules.
  • Customer-initiated cancellations incur airline and administration fees.
  • Fully refundable fares minus fees are credited; non-refundable fares result in a zero refund.
2.3 Package Holidays
  • 28+ days prior: Full refund, minus any supplier non-refundable fees.
  • 14–27 days before: 50% refund.
  • Less than 14 days or no-show: No refund.
2.4 Group Bookings
  • Cancellation or amendment fees are determined case-by-case based on supplier contracts and timing. Please contact us directly for these bookings.

3. Cancellation by Travelhub24 or Suppliers

In case of cancellations beyond your control (e.g., supplier cancellation, weather, strikes):
  1. We will notify you promptly.
  2. Options offered include:
    • Re-book into a similar product with no extra cost,
    • Full refund (including all prepaid amounts), or
    • Credit note for future use. No admin fee will apply in these circumstances.

4. How to Cancel

  • Submit cancellation requests via:
    • Our website/app (“Manage Booking”), or
    • Email to support@travelhub24.in with your booking reference and reason.
  • Cancellations are effective from the time we confirm receipt.

5. Refund Processing

  • Once confirmed, refunds are issued within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
  • Certain banks or payment providers may take additional time—up to 30 days.
  • Currency conversion fees and date of purchase may slightly affect returned amounts.

6. Exceptions & Special Circumstances

  • Force Majeure (extreme weather, travel bans, natural disasters):
    • We require supporting documentation such as airline notices or official advisories.
    • Eligible bookings may receive full refunds or credit notes.
  • Supplier-imposed non-refundable fees may apply in some cases. We will highlight these during booking or cancellation.

7. Modifications & Change Fees

Want to change dates, add extras, or upgrade?
  • Requests are accepted through our “Manage Booking” section or by contacting us.
  • Change requests may incur:
    • Supplier fees (e.g., airline fare difference), and
    • A standard ₹1,500 administration fee per booking.
  • Some suppliers may treat changes as cancellations and re-bookings—resulting in higher charges.

  • We reserve the right to update our policy; the latest version is always on our website.
  • Changes apply only to bookings made after the effective date.
