Our Business Travel Card is for those who help us grow — travel agents, promoters, or anyone who refers customers to our company.
We reward you not just once, but as you grow with us!
Supreme Level – TravelHub24
- Role: Core Authority .
- Direct Subordinates: 100 initial handpicked leaders (Level 1 Leaders).
- Commission: Earns 3% commission only on business made by these 100 leaders.
- Note: Supreme does not earn from second-level or beyond.
- Subordinate Count Increases: When Silver cardholders are deactivated due to inactivity, their downlines (subordinates) are transferred back to TravelHub24, increasing its direct subordinate count.
Leadership Levels
The 100 direct partners of TravelHub24 ( Supreme ) are designated Level 1 Leaders and begin the chain of leadership. These leaders build their own downlines.
Leadership Growth Tree
| Level | Total Subordinates | Becomes Leader To |
|---|---|---|
| TravelHub24 | 100 Direct Subordinates | Level 1 Leaders |
| Level 1 Leader | 10+ Direct Subordinates | Level 2 Leaders |
| Level 2 Leader | 10+ Direct Subordinates | Level 3 Leaders |
| … | … | … |
Leaders only earn commission share from direct subordinates – not from subordinate’s downlines or crosslines.
a) How the TravelHub24 Travel Card Works
- Start as a Silver Partner .
- Move to Gold Partner once your referrals bring in ₹2,00,000.
- Reach Platinum Partner when your referrals total ₹5,00,000.
- Reach Diamond Partner when your referrals total ₹9,00,000.
The higher you go, the more you earn!
b) Commission You Earn
- Silver Partners earn 3% commission on every booking from their referrals.
- Gold Partners earn 4% commission.
- Platinum Partners earn 5% commission.
- Diamond Partners earn 6% commission
Your earnings show up directly in your Travel Card account.
You can withdraw your commissions once every 30 days.
c) Build Your Own Team
Once you reach Gold, Platinum or Diamond, you can build a team!
- Silver Partners can recruit up to 10 subordinates.
- Gold Partners can recruit up to 10 subordinates.
- Platinum Partners can recruit up to 10 subordinates.
- Diamond Partners can recruit up to 10 subordinates.
- Your subordinates start at Silver level and earn commissions on their referrals.
Extra Bonus:
- As a Silver Leader, you’ll get 50% of your subordinates’ commissions as an extra reward.
- As a Gold Leader, you’ll get 50% of their commissions.
- As a Platinum Leader, you’ll get 50% of their commissions.
- As a Diamond Leader, you’ll get 50% of their commissions plus exclusive travel experience coupons

Commission & Leader Bonus Structure
| Level | Commission on Own Sales | Leader Bonus (50% of Direct Subordinate’s Commission) | Note |
|---|---|---|---|
| Silver | 3% (Only Package bookings) | 50% Bonus on team earnings (Company-funded) | No commission on flights/hotels |

| Service Type | Silver & Gold | Platinum+ (All Above) |
|---|---|---|
| Package Bookings | (3-4)% | (5–6%) |
| Hotel/Resort Bookings | ❌ | 3% |
| Flight Bookings | ❌ | 1% |
d) How Promotions Work
If someone from your team hits ₹1,00,000 in referrals, they get promoted to Gold Partner and can build their own team too!
However, you only earn bonuses from your direct subordinates — not from their recruits.
e) Performance Review — Stay Active!
We want our top partners to stay active, so we check performance every year.
- Every year, we’ll review your last 6 months of activity.
- You need to achieve at least one sales to keep up your status.
Here’s what that means:
- Gold Partners must make one sale in 6 months to stay Gold.
- Platinum Partners must make two sales in 6 months to stay Platinum.
- Diamond Partners must make three sales in 6 months to stay Diamond.
If you don’t meet the target:
- Gold Partners move down to Silver.
- Platinum Partners move down to Gold.
- Diamond Partners move down to Platinum.

Final Note
We believe in rewarding those who grow with us.
Work hard, help travelers, build your team — and enjoy the earnings and recognition you deserve!
Example of work system design
Let’s say a trip package is sold to Rohan for ₹10,000.
Here’s how the money is distributed:
- Rohan a customer, does not receive any commission but earns points and gets the trip.
- Anjali is the one who sold the trip. She’s a Silver card holder, so she gets:
- 3% of ₹10,000 = ₹300
- Anjali is the one who sold the trip. She’s a Silver card holder, so she gets:
Now let’s look at the leader bonuses.
- Priya is Anjali’s direct leader.
- Priya earns 50% of Anjali’s commission = ₹150
( Company pays this ₹150 separately, Anjali’s ₹300 is untouched )
- Priya earns 50% of Anjali’s commission = ₹150
- Priya is Anjali’s direct leader.
- Rahul is not Priya’s direct leader (he is a level above).
- ❌ Rahul gets nothing from this booking.
- Rahul is not Priya’s direct leader (he is a level above).
- TravelHub24 is the Supreme.
- It earns 3% only from Rahul’s direct business. Since this is Priya’s team, TravelHub24 gets nothing from this sale.
- TravelHub24 is the Supreme.
Summary Table for This Sale
| Person | Role | Action | Commission Earned | Why? |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Anjali | Silver | Sold ₹10,000 trip | ₹300 (3%) | Direct seller |
| Priya | Gold | Leader of Anjali | ₹150 (50% of ₹300) | Leader bonus |
| Rahul | Platinum | Above Priya | ₹0 | Not direct leader of Anjali |
| TravelHub24 | Supreme | Above Rahul | ₹0 | Rahul didn’t sell this |
SCENARIO 1: Silver Leader with Diamond Subordinates
Let’s say:
- Ravi is a Silver member .
- Meera is Ravi’s direct subordinate , and Meera becomes a Diamond partner.
Situation:
Meera sells a trip package worth ₹1,00,000.
Who earns what?
| Person | Role | Commission | How it’s calculated |
|---|---|---|---|
| Meera | Diamond | ₹6,000 | 6% of ₹1,00,000 |
| Ravi | Silver | ₹1,500 | 50% of Meera’s ₹3,000 (Silver bonus) |
| Company | TravelHub24 | ₹0 | Meera is not company’s direct member |
Ravi earns ₹1,500 just because Meera is his direct downline.
Even though Ravi is just Silver, he can still earn big by building a powerful team.
SCENARIO 2: Diamond Leader with Diamond Subordinates
Let’s say:
- Amit is a Diamond leader.
- His direct subordinate, Neha, is also a Diamond.
Situation:
Neha books a trip package worth ₹2,00,000.
Who earns what?
| Person | Role | Commission | How it’s calculated |
|---|---|---|---|
| Neha | Diamond | ₹12,000 | 6% of ₹2,00,000 |
| Amit | Diamond | ₹6,000 | 50% of Neha’s ₹12,000 |
| Company | TravelHub24 | ₹0 | Neha is not company’s direct member |
Even when both are Diamonds, Amit gets 50% of Neha’s commission.
Important: Neha can now also build her own team, and Amit won’t earn from Neha’s subordinates, only from Neha herself.
SCENARIO 3 : A Gold Leader with Gold and Above Subordinates
Main Character: Rahul
- Rahul is a Gold Partner ( earned it by referring ₹1,00,000+ business ).
- He has 3 direct team members:
- Asha ( Gold )
- Vijay ( Platinum )
- Kiran ( Diamond )
- He has 3 direct team members:
Suppose:
- Asha books a ₹1,00,000 trip → gets 4% = ₹4,000
- Vijay books a ₹2,00,000 trip → gets 5% = ₹10,000
- Kiran books a ₹3,00,000 trip → gets 6% = ₹18,000
What does Rahul earn?
Rahul is a Gold Leader, so he earns 40% of the commissions earned by his direct subordinates.
| Subordinate | Rank | Sale ₹ | Commission Earned | Rahul Gets (40%) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Asha | Gold | 1,00,000 | ₹4,000 | ₹2,000 |
| Vijay | Platinum | 2,00,000 | ₹10,000 | ₹5,000 |
| Kiran | Diamond | 3,00,000 | ₹18,000 | ₹9,000 |
Rahul’s total bonus = ₹2,000 + ₹5,000 + ₹9,000 = ₹16,000
Important Note: Asha, Vijay, and Kiran still keep 100% of their commissions. Rahul’s bonus is given by the company, not taken from them.

| Sub-10 | Diamond | ₹2,00,000 (Package) | 6% = ₹12,000 | ₹6,000 |
Total Commission from Subordinates this Month:
= ₹1,500 + ₹4,000 + ₹2,250 + ₹1,500 + ₹5,000 + ₹1,500 + ₹15,000 + ₹4,500 + ₹500 + ₹6,000
= ₹41,750

Summary – 3 Card Systems
| Card Type | Target Audience | Initial Commission | Growth Path | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Customer Card | Travelers who book frequently | ❌ | Loyalty perks (not commission-based) | Discounts, offers, loyalty programs |
| Business Card | Referrers, Promoters, Agents | 3% – 6% | Leader bonuses, team building | Multi-level system with rewards |
| Employee Card | Internal staff & sales executives | 0.5% | Upgrades to 1% after ₹3L in sales | No team; only own sales commissions |
Let’s say an employee closes 5 package bookings worth ₹80,000 each:
First ₹3,00,000 → earns 0.5% = ₹1,500
From ₹3,00,001 onward → 1% commission
So next ₹80,000 sale = ₹800
Over time, with 10 sales of ₹1L each (₹10L total) → Employee earns:
First ₹3L → ₹1,500
Next ₹7L → ₹7,000
Total = ₹8,500

All Business Card users are required to furnish valid identification, PAN details, and bank account information for the disbursement of commissions. Earnings through the TravelHub24 platform are contingent upon the actual completion of confirmed bookings, registrations, or product/service sales traceable through company systems. All payments made to Business Travel Card users are subject to deduction of applicable TDS under the Income Tax Act, 1961, and are reported in compliance with the Income Tax Rules, 1962. The Company reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions in case of fraudulent behavior, policy violations, or technical discrepancies.
No cardholder shall engage in unauthorized marketing, solicitation, or misrepresentation of the TravelHub24 brand, nor shall they engage in spamming or attempt to redirect business away from the platform. Misuse of the Travel Card, including but not limited to the posting of false reviews, fake registrations, manipulation of commission structures, or unauthorized use of third-party payment links, shall lead to immediate suspension or permanent termination of the User’s access, along with possible civil or criminal proceedings under the Indian Penal Code and the Information Technology Act, 2000. The Company retains the sole discretion to determine misuse or breach of policy.
Events or trips promoted via TravelHub24 clubs must adhere to platform standards and shall only be valid when registered and transacted through the official TravelHub24 system. Any offline collection of payment without proper disclosure shall be deemed as fraudulent behavior and shall attract termination of the cardholder’s privileges. Users organizing or participating in trips shall acknowledge that TravelHub24 acts only as a platform facilitator and does not guarantee the performance, safety, or reliability of any travel services unless directly organized by the Company.
Business Travel Card users who meet quarterly or annual performance benchmarks may be eligible for rewards, incentives, or international trips; however, the eligibility and final award of such benefits shall be at the sole discretion of the Company and contingent upon system-tracked compliance and audit approval. The User understands that these benefits are performance-linked and not guaranteed contractual entitlements.
The TravelHub24 Travel Card is non-transferable, and any unauthorized transfer or sharing of login credentials or benefits shall result in immediate deactivation. If a User wishes to voluntarily terminate participation, they may notify the Company in writing, and all related benefits shall cease immediately upon confirmation.
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, losses, or claims arising out of the use of the Travel Card or the participation in any travel-related activities facilitated through the platform. In case of disputes, all efforts shall first be made to resolve the issue amicably. Failing which, such disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Edappally, India, and shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
These Terms may be updated, modified, or replaced at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the card following such changes shall constitute acceptance of the revised Agreement. It is the User’s responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
For legal notices or inquiries, the User may contact the Company via email at sales@travelhub24.com or by written communication to the registered office address.
