By proceeding with a booking, customers acknowledge that:

All payments, communications, and legal matters pertaining to the tour package will be handled directly by Story Box Ventures Pvt. Ltd.

Jurisdiction

All disputes arising out of or in connection with any tour package shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ernakulam, Kerala, India.
