Travel Points – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Travel Points Loyalty Program by Story Box Ventures Pvt. Ltd. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

The Travel Points Program is available to all registered customers on travelhub24.in .
Travel Points are earned only when logged into your account during purchase.

2. Earning TravelHub24 Reward Points on Bookings

Customers earn 1% of the total purchase amount ( excluding tax and shipping ) as Travel Points.
For example, a purchase of ₹10,000 earns 100 Travel Points.
Points are awarded after the order is completed and cannot be earned on canceled or refunded orders.
Some products or services may be excluded from point earning at our discretion.

3. Value of TravelHub24 Reward Points

1 Travel Point = ₹1.00
Travel Points can be used as a discount on future purchases.

4. How to Redeem TravelHub24 Travel Reward for Discounts

Points can be redeemed at checkout to reduce the total order amount.
You may use up to 100% of your available points unless a limit is specified during promotions or special events.
Travel Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another user.

5. Validity and Expiry

Travel Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.
Expired points will be automatically removed from your account and cannot be reinstated.

6. Refunds & Order Cancellations

If an order is refunded or canceled, the earned points from that purchase will be deducted.
If you used Travel Points in a refunded purchase, those points may be returned to your account based on refund approval.

7. Abuse and Misuse

Any misuse, fraud, or attempt to manipulate the points system may result in loss of points and/or account suspension.

8. Program Changes

TravelHub24 reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the Travel Points Program at any time without prior notice.
In such cases, remaining unused points may be forfeited.
